Subscription: ChatGPT Business Standard at $20 per user a month billed yearly ($25 monthly); Claude Enterprise at $20 per seat a month plus usage at API rates (the Team plan goes up to 150 people); Gemini in Google Workspace Business Standard at $14 per user a month billed yearly, a bundle that also includes email and storage; Business plans go up to 300 users and Google does not publish the Enterprise price, so above 300 people it is not shown. ChatGPT Business and Claude Team start at 2 users.
Local model: for each person to run an open model on their own workstation, each workstation needs a graphics card with enough memory (list price, card only, one-off purchase): Llama 3.1 8B (16 GB published weights) fits in an RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB; Llama 3.1 70B (141 GB, ~40 GB compressed to 4 bits) needs two RTX 5090 with 32 GB. tardi runs on the processor the workstation or phone already has.
